OUR MISSION
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Fluency Forward Foundation's mission is twofold: its volunteers are dedicated to improving access to education for students in underdeveloped regions and to empower families with the skills and confidence to communicate effectively in English. The amalgamation of FFF's endeavors is intended to enrich personal and professional lives, thereby promoting global harmony.

Caroline Praveen
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Caroline Praveen is a senior at South Fayette High School in Pittsburgh PA. Originally an immigrant from India, she knows firsthand the difficulties that accompany underdeveloped English speaking abilities. With a team of 6 board members and a doctorate-level mentor, her organization fundraises, promotes awareness, and works with refugees in both Pittsburgh and internationally.
